Regarding the PDF Metamorphosis .Net: "I use Syncfusion for most of my component needs and they have an HTML to PDF converter but it uses IE as the rendering engine and we know what a mess IE is. In addition you had to launch IE in an STA apartment (under full trust??) and that was an issue because the server we are running on is locked down tight. Also IE would throw exceptions.. It was a mess. I was desperate with a project that was going live the next day and found you in the middle of the night. Swapped components, changed 2 or 3 lines of code, and I was back in the saddle. No issues since! Many thanks for what seems like a rock solid, stand alone converter!"
